Works very well and covers a large area before recharging. However, the measurements recorded in ‘History’ are not accurate.

I love my vacuum. I named her Matilda. The only problem I have is I cannot figure out how to program her to clean different sections of my house. But other than that she’s perfect!

Mapping is an awesome new addition but please allow multiple maps so I can have one for upstairs and a separate one for downstairs!!!!!

I love my bot floor cleaning system. We have dogs and it takes care of the dog hair. I love that I have both the vacuum and Braava M6 wet jet.

My shoulders and back are so happy they don’t have to vacuum any more. Our Roomba has mapped most of our home and is performing well. I am still learning how to create specific instructions for the Roomba. When our Roomba finishes mapping all the rooms, I’ll be very pleased.

There’s great things about the iRobot 7. I love that it empties itself and it’s very easy to maintain. Plus being able to schedule regular cleaning is awesome. I’ve used another botvac on the bedroom level of my home for 6 years, called a Neato. In comparison, the Neato cleans far better in much less time, and the best feature on the Neato app is the ability to easily draw “no go” lines on the floor plan. The Roomba app is much more cumbersome to create boxed areas rather than simple lines, and it’s harder to delete or change those areas where you don’t want them any longer. My Roomba has frequent times of getting stuck that requires drawing an area on the floor plan to prevent the bot from going there. The biggest negative is the lack of suction. It’s just unable to do a very thorough cleaning on the daily single pass setting. It takes the Roomba about an hour to do ~400 sf on the quick cleaning mode. My Neato does nearly 800 sf in the same amount of time. More power would make the Roomba perfect!

Robot has issues getting itself on the base at least twice a week. Otherwise it’s doing a fine job.
