This is the best purchase we’ve made. We tidy up the house and the vacuum and mop go to work while we are gone and we come home to a clean house.

I love the app for starting & stopping the robot and to see the activity/map, and scheduling. (but I wish they were a Watch app).

Best vacuum to have with pets. Saves me from sweeping several times a day. Catches all the cat hair that you wouldn’t always see on the floor. Keeps cat littler area clean. Great for fallen crumbs in the kitchen.

I love Roomba and I’m have really enjoyed the app and being able to start Roomba on a job for anywhere.

Initially worked great. After 5 or so runs, I had an unresolvable error 26. The company took care of the part and reassured me it isn’t common. Long hairs are the Bain of the roomba. Easy enough to clear though. I wish the app offered a “return home” option when it stops for an alert. Other than that, the little guy is great.

You really need to check out the Roomba s9 Vac and the Braava Mop. Read all about it. It does what it says it will do. I love my Roomba s9 and Braava. This vacuums and mops my house without me worrying about when or if I’ll have energy to do it all.. It was gifted to me for Christmas and is the most useful gift ever for this “senior” mom. Now if i’d had this when I was working I can’t imagine how in love I’d be with this product. When y’all come out with a “remote” to go with this unit and app let me know. There are times I have to get my old vac out to hit one spot here and there where I spilled something in between cleanings and don’t want it roaming through my house looking for it on the “clean Zone”. It took a while for the Braava to map my house, but the Vacuum was pretty quick with it, and I could go and add names of rooms and separate them. If the kitchen is dirty I just set it to clean my kitchen, same for any room. Or I can say so it all, or do rooms with tile floors only. You can set it however you want. I have to say this is the most the wonderful way of keeping my floors clean. Thank you Luke & Susan so much.

Broken setup

The setup requires you to turn off WiFi then turn it back on. Then it asks for the password then doesn’t do anything. Very poor user experience.

Latest app version unstable

The latest app version is unstable. It takes three or four tries to get to my cleaning areas and zone. Pls address

This is my first robotic vacuum. I wish that I had known the biggest difference between choices were being able to tell it where to vacuum. The kitchen, dining room and living areas are most used and require more frequent cleaning. However, the robot cleans those areas last so I have to wait for the whole house to be vacuumed. If I have the whole house vacuumed, it has to stop in the middle of the job to charge unless I shut doors completely to block certain rooms. It’s definitely not a perfect solution but overall, I’ve been very pleased with the job it does. My house is 100% tile. We have no pets.
