I LOVE my Roomba! It saves my back and works hard for me!! I can program it to clean when and where I want, and it checks in with me if it’s having any problems. It cleans really well and saves me so much effort and pain. I had many doubts about how well it was going to work and I’m shocked at how much I love it!

I have tried two off-brand vac robots, I was sorely disappointed. I decided to bite the bullet and get this one and couldn’t be more pleased. “Carson” is faithful to his assigned schedule and does the job as requested. I’ve even recommended one to a friend.

Love the app, love the roomba! I have a corgi and he sheds all the time. I love how I can start the vacuum while I’m at work from the app!
Good app; battery life is less than good

The app’s mapping ability is a strong feature. The negative I am experiencing is the relatively short battery life. The vacuum runs for about 20 minutes and has to recharge. To vacuum our 1st floor takes between 6 and 8 hours.
Needs some adjusting but overall, a great robot.

I cannot live without it anymore. We always have Eufy robots in the past and with my new i3, it’s a treat. Some of my pros: - amazing suctions. - very sturdy and not loud! - I love the new mapping ability. - I LOVE the large rubbers instead of bristles. I have a couple of things that are a cons, but I can adjust and get used to: - iRobot is higher than my others. So it won’t go under some of my cabinets/toddler bed. - capacity of the dust bin is very small. Need to unload every time it finished. Overall, I LOVE my iRobot! ❤️

I received the Roomba I3 in December 2021 as a Christmas gift. I actually thought this would never work for us since we have several pets and lots and lots of pet hair. After I sent Roomba on his first job, I went back to see the results and I was stunned… the floor was really clean. I had no idea this little bot had the vacuum power and could pack so much in the bin area. I highly recommend this Roomba bot. He’s on my happy list.
Surprise $121 per year for IFTTT

I bought the i8 and m6 combo. The app doesn’t allow you to connect to any service other then IFTTT to make it smart that costs $121 billed annually. Surprise the free version is unusable. Cost of ownership on this thing went up a lot. Considering pads, cleaner, and spare parts an extra $121 per yr to make this work with intelligence is unacceptable and insulting.
