The service is fine. But the app is the WORST! It lags, there are serious bug issues, it crashes, won’t open, etc. Especially around the time when you need to pick your add-ons and such. It’s the worst app interface I’ve ever used! There is always an issue!!! I don’t usually leave reviews but for the app I have to leave a poor one because it’s been this way for years. Always lagging and crashing or stalling. Just a horrible app. I don’t have these issues with any other app on my phone.

I just started getting these last month and I LOVE IT, there is always something new that I’ve never tried plus I love the fact that you can upgrade, get awesome discounts on the products that they are promoting, it’s a WIN, WIN for me all the way!!!

I’ve been getting charged since June of 2020 and I haven’t received any of my bags. I tried to cancel my account several times and I still get charged

This is in no way shape Or form paid for nor am I affiliated with Ipsy other than a paying subscriber If you are considering Ipsy plus let me tell you why it’s the best thing I’ve ever paid for The price of Ipsy plus is highly Affordable especially if you buy a lot of makeup products and enjoy high end skin care I’ve been subscribed for MONTHS and let me tell you not a single box has disappointed me even slightly yet everything in Ipsy plus is full sized and always on the high end of brands & they really listen to the profiles unlike the past which is a Major improvement with this company the bags are a plus fit a very good amount of makeup unlike the standard Ipsy bags if I really love that you get to choose 3 items every month that btw are FULL sized so it’s nearly impossible to be disappointed!! Make sure though you pick within the first 3 days Of the month preferably the first so you aren’t limited to lack of stock which has happened when I picked on the 3rd day of the month not a big deal Set reminders on your phone or think about Ipsy when your paying rent ! I seriously have no complaints unlike the past with the 10$ Ipsy subscription so if you can afford the plus definitely choose it you won’t be disappointed, I have full sized skin care, Foundations from Abh pallets and everything makeup and skin care I’ve never gotten doubles either the products are Always new and they change it up and keep it fresh with new brands seriously Ipsy never change this is perfect ?

I absolutely love IPSY!! IPSY is so fabulous. I love all the products I get from them. To get a free bag too. You can pick out other products before they ship your bag each month. There bags are all super cute and handy. Shipping is super fast and never an issue. The only thing I do wish is that you could reorder the products from them.

I love ipsy. I am like a kid weighting for my box to arrive. I feel happy to get new bags and nice pruducts all the time to try and feel finally a woman again ❤️

I signed up for IPSY via another method and now I can’t use the actual app because it won’t let me log in. I’ve taken the beauty quiz no less than a million times trying to get a log in option. It’s annoying.

I canceled my subscription and I have still been billed. Now I can’t even see where I can try and cancel again. This is a mess.
