I really like the idea of the Subscription boxes. But turn around with shipping etc. is horrid. I’m not receiving my boxes until the 3rd week of the month if I’m lucky. How am I to review my “January” box of products when it’s almost February when I get them? It hakes a minimum of 2 weeks to try a product to even give a decent review on them.

I ordered at the beginning of January and keep getting reminders to buy more but haven’t received anything .. they are able to get my money and make it very hard to cancel! Don’t recommend if you are looking for something fun to try within a reasonable amount of time

i love ipsy im very happy with my monthly subscription and good value/ prices, however the app for some reason is very faulty, it constantly freezes, doesn’t load or even open up or just glitches in general i can never get much done on there before it freezes and i have to close the app

I LOVE BOTH GLAM BAG AND GLAM BAG PLUS! I think Glam Bag Plus is the best deal. I get quality moisturizers, cleansers, makeup and accessories for $25/month. Yet the Glam Bag has the better pouch each month, the pouch is worth the $12/month. But I’m into pouches, so anyway, the samples in the Glam Bag are worth it. Plus you can buy add-ons at an amazing deal, $3(not all add-on’s are $3, but there at keast a dozen each month that are). You can’t get anything good for $3 anymore, but you can with IPSY. My mom text me, “I LOVE IPSY! just the other day. It’s all worth it! Go for it, you wont be disappointed!

But it’s not quite there. Don’t get me wrong. I like how they allow you to navigate through their myriad of cosmetics and allow to read a description of most. However once you click on something the only two Choices on the bottom are “BUY IT NOW “ or “ ADD TO CART”. The first time I came upon that I was like what do I do?? I don’t want to buy this! There is no X out button on the top either!! So I just hit the white clear bar up too and it took me out to the main page not where I was not looking at. I think that needs to be fixed. I know you are in the business of making money, but not everyone is going to buy everything they click on. Thanks for the time ! Aloha
Closer to a Scam than Glam

I really loved IPSY when I started about a year ago. However, I noticed they choose to omit information to get people to purchase promos, add-on or extra items, such as advertising that if I sign up a friend then I will get this eyeshadow kit and points. However, when the eyeshadow kit never arrived, I was told that the points were all I would get and that I could use those points to get an eyeshadow kit... eventually. After I saved up enough points to do it. I asked why the eyeshadow kit was advertised as part of the promo (the entire promo image was the eyeshadow kit) and the customer service person basically just said nothing. Things like this have continued to happen. For instance, I used points to purchase items that never arrive, promos continue to be extremely deceiving. I had to stop my sub for a few months when the pandemic first started. There was a promo in my email every week that said I would get an item for returning. When I finally did return, not putting much stock in the promos at this point, I was led along this whole restarting process to believe I would get this item until the very last minute when they casually mention I will get the item if I return to my sub AND sign up a friend. Like, out of nowhere they add this caveat. Yeaaaaah. Feeling a little more scam then glam.
