I love it and been with them for about a year and I’m going to continue with Ipsy ??

I get so excited when I get to pick a new item that I have never tried before and then when my package arrives…. Watch out family, I have my priorities!!!! Opening up my new items to see what I have is so much fun and then trying them out, definitely enjoying this!!!

This is not my first go around with ispy, I did the first subscription bag and dabbled with the glam bag plus- haven’t been disappointed yet. Can’t wait to try glam bag x next month (feb 2022).

I had a friend start getting her Ipsy boxes (now bags…??‍♀️) somewhere around 10 years ago. Well, she would give me the things that weren’t something she was going to use. Then, I got hooked (all the way up) when I started getting my Ipsy subscriptions. So, when you guys sent me the free Ipsy bags to give out to five friends… I was able to hook those five friends (all the way up!) So thanks Ipsy, for hooking us all the way up, all the time. ❤️‍??

I really do love my ipsy subscription. Customer service is great, the products each month are a joy to receive and the ability to purchase add ons and purchase through them getting a discount is great. The issue I have is with the app - no back buttons at all is my main issue. It’s driving me nuts.

I love Ipsy, my best friend introduced me to Ipsy. And it like getting a gift every month the price isn’t terrible either for the product that you get and the money you save because you don’t have to spend what u spend on the bag for every item

I LOVE Ipsy! I say it was a secret from me. I had no idea a company like this existed and that I could get in on it. Who would have thought that you could get hundreds of dollars worth of products for a set price? I started with the $14 bag and loved getting 5 deluxe samples to try and a cute makeup bag too. Then when I found out that I could get 5 full size products for a little more than double the price I had to try that too. But my greatest thrill was when I signed up for the Glam X bag. Wow 8 products for only $55. Every 3 months I get a bag full 8 treasures to try from amazing beauty companies that I can try out and if I like them then I can purchase them directly from the companies often at a discount. Yes I can honestly say that I love Ipsy.

App is hard to use and super glitchy

The app is super glitchy. There isn’t a back button, or a exit button when you are looking at products. Have the time the app crashes. Honestly I haven’t been super happy with the way this works anymore. Most products are great, but not always..

Very disappointing especially here lately

I’ve been an Ipsy fan for some time now and I can honestly say I’ve only received a couple handfuls of items that I actually would match to my “quiz profile”. They need to start investing more time into peoples bags/boxes before sending out. Otherwise they will be losing a lot of customers bc I know I’m not the only one that feels this way. At least give people what they want and not just once every 3 months.
