And then I cancelled.last month. Today I found I was charged from Ipsy . I’m older and cannot use most of the products sent of the small samples they send are great for travel but that’s about it. I want the recent charges given back to me. I’ll see now how hard that will be.
Do not get an Ipsy subscription if you don’t want to jump thru hoops to cancel

Leaving a review for my wife. She has tried to cancel MANY times & they keep changing. I’ve left a BBB review and am waiting on resolution. A reputable company does not keep changing well after consumer decides they no longer desire purchasing.

I love my Ipsy bags every month so far ! This month will be my fourth bag and I certainly am very satisfied with what I’ve received so far I love being able to pick my own products now since I have the middle glam bag plus! If you’re thinking of getting Ipsy I strongly recommend you do that!!!

Likes to over charge. Just notice two duplicate charges on the same day. I should have non since I put hold on my subscription.

IPSY is a great app, it helps you know what you need. Every month you get a bag containing 5 items, you can go on the app and customize what fits you. Also the bags are super cute and good metal, the makeup that I have received from IPSY work wonderfully. The pigment is there and it doesn’t me me break out, so have very sensitive skin so tho was a game changer. The first mouth I received a cream for acne, I put it on twice and my acne has severely decreased. You can also revive brushes from IPSY, but it is all basted on how you set up profile. This is why IPSY is a 5 star app!

They don’t like to give you things you actually select. You pick you want something rarely? Nope you get what they pick. Doesn’t matter if you’re allergic to anything, they don’t even ask lol.
