I receive so many wonderful,brand name Products, packaging is so nice, Ipsy Care is on top of their game replying letting you know how to correct something if you need technical support, I love how they make it not too hard to register in their giveaway’s They have so many techniques that teach you not only about makeup about hair, skin care, nail care and much more. I love getting my bags each mth this is definitely a great app and if I’m feeling down on myself I sometimes get my new bag and it makes me feel so much better...

I love IPSY... when it works! I had my account and an order I placed with my points cancelled and because most of the products offered are limited I never got what I wanted. After they said, “oops, sorry.” They gave me my points back and I gave Ipsy another shot. The following month I placed an order for “add ons” and was excited to receive the shipment right before having my baby. I received 25% of my order and NO communication that something went wrong. After complications caused an unexpected premature delivery and a long recovery I finally had some time to inquire about my order. I got an email saying “we told you” when they in fact confirmed the shipment rather than informing me of a delay, a refund, or that they were out of stock! It has never been more difficult to make purchases and has been a complete waste of my time! I loved getting my samples and sometimes full sized products, but I’m not wasting my time on additional purchases. It’s really not fun anymore.

I only have great things to say about Ipsy , Their products are amazing especially their skincare products. I like their makeup but I don’t wear makeup much , but Ipsy is perfect for a skincare junkie like me Lol ... 5 stars all the way for me , also I love their customer service they get back to me within hours or 24 hrs and if something is missing they replace it or reimburse me???

I signed up for this so I could save some money and time picking out beauty products for myself. But it’s close to the end of January and I haven’t even received a shipping notification email for my subscription. Guess I’m not going to get my January bag til February, but then, does that mean my feb bag will be delayed? Who knows. This is not a quick fix for beauty it’s more of a guessing game. Be forewarned.

I remained reluctant to sign up as I did not want to receive junk products that would cause clutter if I did not like the products ( I always feel bad throwing new things away) BUT, I have to say that I loved my first IPSY bag and the products! While I have staple products that I adore, I can now experiment and play with other products that I would not typically purchase and at an affordable price! This is a fun way to continue to be experimental at a reasonable price point and actually receiving products that you may add to your regimen. Thank you IPSY! I look forward to the future bags and will update this post regarding the contents and contained quality of the shipped items:)

I love the products I get in my bags. They’re always a perfect match for me. The only issue I have is with the shipping. It always takes 3-4 weeks for my bag to arrive. I wish it could be a little quicker, but by the time it does arrive at my door I’m so excited to rip it open that I nearly forget about the length of time it took to get there.

So far, 5 stars!

mom of 2, needing self care

I’ve only received one glam bag so far but I loved the first one! I have two kids and decided I needed some self care. Ipsy is like a small Christmas each month! $12 is super affordable for what came in my January bag. The brush alone retails for $35 and is a great quality. Can’t wait for my February bag!
