User friendly!!

Scoop4two

I started using this app a few years ago and I like the ease in creating and editing invoices. The updates have made it that much more easier to use.

Good App, but not honest about managing subscription

atrex

Good app that has decent invoice, estimate and billing capability. However, try to cancel or manage the subscription? The app and the website do not have any way to cancel or manage the subscription without going to the FAQ’s. There is a special website to manage or cancel that isn’t in the account settings.

STAY AWAY!

This app used to be good many years ago but now it’s bad. Real bad. And glitchy. Updates don’t help. Customer service is bad. I’ll look for another app that does invoicing. Enough is enough.

Renew

I paid 99$ for unlimited to start and now to renew its going to cost me 399$. And you can’t pay monthly. This price is ridiculous. I’ll be going with anoth invoicing system.

They are alienating customers

Invoice2go was a great program many years ago. then they did the big update, causing many headaches. Then the keep doing “updates” that change functionality but not for the better. If they just left it alone, it would have been good. And they also keep jacking the price up. It is now costing more than ever, with less and less usable features. Edit 4-30: I read your response and at this point it does no good. You guys are quick to answer negative reviews but not quick to solve problems. Talking to support does no good. I have emailed support 3-4 times about issues that effect the usability and functionality of your product. These problems were non-existent before the update. The response I have gotten from support basically tells me that they dont see it as a problem. In the end, I will be phasing out my business on this program and going to use a different program. Invoice2go was a great app. That all changed with every update where it gradually got worse and worse. Literally every update makes this app more of a headache for me to use. It was so easy to use before the “updates”. Why complicate simplicity??

This app needs to allow typeface changes

@jeniferprince

I have been using this app for at least two years and it does have many great features. However I cannot customize my invoices as far as type size (prints out waaaay too small) And it really looks unprofessional. I have been considering other invoicing programs because of this.

Review as a new user

NWG Wash Pro

I like the app, but when I go to send a invoice to my customer, my phone keeps scrolling and it shows a problem with the invoice being sent. I am using a iPhone 8 Plus. The app seems user friendly and I really believe that it will be a great asset to my company. A friend recommended this app and he told me that it’s really convenient. Thanks again, Brad Shane NWG Wash Pros LLC

Need a Common Feature, that’ll cost you extra.

Admittedly I was an infrequent user in my occasional freelance business, but all I really needed were: Items to charge Customers for, Estimates of what might Services would cost, And a means to Bill my customer and get Paid. Over time it got somewhat better until the Marketing Whizkids started adding/bundling essential features only to charge the next level upgrade to get them Like: Okay a customer pays their bill and you’d think a receipt would be a no brained part of the Workflow..,but no you have to buy the highest level upgrade to simply send a “Paid” receipt. Or adding the great feature of being able to use the PayPal Here Card reader to accept all forms of Payment and automatically link to your PayPal Account and your done. Only to have that featured ‘deprecated’ a year later ‘because not enough people were using that feature’ Great Marketing research must have lead them to believe it was something desired, but maybe it wasn’t such great research after all. Why did they even offer something no one, but me apparently, thought was a great feature. Guess they didn’t get a cut like they do with their other Credit Card payment processor. Worse that feature was replaced with the ability to offer business loans to our customers. Something they obvious felt was more lucrative for them, than a clean capable way of accepting payments for small businesses such as mine. Powerful Reports? Maybe so but try exporting your Items as CSV file, a normal feature. What do you get? A file full of internal data tracking fields of gibberish amongst the key data fields for your items. Sloppy coding, piss poor interface to your data, unbelievably unhelpful. I’m thinking of bailing when my renewal is up, especially since they refuse to extend discount offers made all the time with limited expiration dates, that in fact don’t even give the stated discounts for the entire period or simply restart your annual plan, only tacked on after your plan would renew. I just feel they are trying to make a buck not meet customers needs. That is all.
