Pricing plans and number of invoices offered with the plans or customers, are ridiculous. I’ll stick with invoices created with Word and/or Pages.

I used invoice to go’s free trial. Then was hesitant to spend any money on it. I used it for a few invoices then quickly realized afterward the trial that my old way of invoicing was obsolete and that Invoice 2 go is the only way. It is fast easy and convenient. I will be using it for years to come.

So let me say this. I have several service businesses that required techs to visit customer sites. With this app it is now company policy for the tech to fill in the info, and send it to the customer right on the spot. This provides several things. Increased productivity and quick payments from customers. Invoices can be created, statements generated, recurring revenue. What else can you ask for for the price. Each tech has a unique login. The app pinpoints the address receiving service through GPS. Wonderful app. A++++. 100% recommend

Love it’s ease of use, keeps you up to date with your current and outstanding, but a little more improvement in detailed reporting on recoded transactions, also just need to add a deposit detail account so we can know what amount was deposited on what days etc, other than that I think it’s a very handy app !

I picked this app over the others because of being able to add a deposit and discount into the invoice. I was a little let down when the paid lite version cannot offer estimates even though the title states “invoices and estimates” when you choose a plan. So be careful!

This app undoubtedly helps me stay out of my office and in the field doing my job. I’m a contractor and this definitely beats waiting to get home after a long hard day at work then having type up estimates and invoices. The only thing that I wish they did was allow me to send a sub invoice for an estimated project so that I can bill a monthly requisition.
