Terrible customer service

I have used this app for years & I used to love it. It recently “glitched” and unmarked several bills as outstanding for my customers. My unpaid section is now a mess. I don’t know what’s really paid & what isn’t. They don’t know why it happened & have no solutions? Ughhhhh!

Why can’t the items list be printed from the App, but you can print a sales report easily? It doesn’t make sense. Please add this simple feature.

Why can’t finance and credit card screens be turned off?

I have a consulting and product business and have no interest in financing my invoices or using your credit card business. I am a long time user but planning on moving away as it is not what I offer. Customer service said it cannot be changed. Safe to say I am disappointed and encouraging others to send an invoice to yourself to see currently what it looks like.

I just got my renewal email. When I first payed for this. It was $99 for the year. Now you raise it to $480 a year. Not cool. In the process of switching to new invoice program now.

I use a lot of old invoices to generate new ones or to reference a price. Old platform I could, say, "search" for a 4x8 banner in the search function. It would then pull up all 4x8 banners that I sold and to which customer and at certain price. NOW search is for only a customers name. Which is the dumbest thing, as I could just got to contacts to see the customer. But I have to open every single invoice to see what was sold to them. Why would you do that? Update: I have since moved to QB. Doing so has been nice but there are times when I need to reference an invoice from this app. The data is on lock down. Can not access receipts or invoices unless I pay for a new subscription. BOOOO. If your running a growing company consider a different invoice app. I was an original app purchaser and the problems this app cause after major update affected business. Buyer beware and read reviews.
