Just don’t understand how I had the pro plan and paid $50. And with the renewal now I have to pay 119$. Craziness

I thought this app was pretty cool at first. Pretty cheap to start however prices go up drastically once you get comfortable with the app. I’m talking from 19.99 to 399.99. Just ridiculous I have used this app for 4 years however it is time to move on.

Worse company ever. Withdrew money from my customer without my authorization and are charging me a $120 fee. Almost a week and my customer still haven’t gotten it back. They even have a limit for estimates. QuickBooks is the way to go. Don’t even know why I gave this horrible company a try. They use another company called tally to process the payment. They are both horrible horrible company’s. With I can give them a negative. I am going to report them.

I like how easy it is to create a new estimate or invoice and email or text it directly to my clients. My main client also appreciates the PayPal option, it makes it easy for her since she pays with PayPal.

The app won’t even load

I’ve used this app for a while and it’s been great but suddenly, it won’t even load which isn’t helping my bottom line. I’ve reset my phone, cleared all sorts of space up and still, the app won’t load. Frustrated business owner doesn’t begin to describe how I feel when I want the ease of bygone days with this app back.

Every step of the way with this cursed app has been a 12” knife in my heel. Customization is crap, they take a cut of your pay even after I pay monthly for god knows what. And they force you to use a service I’ve never heard of in order to “maybe” see your money in TWO days. Why is there only one option for me to receive MY money. Some twats made this app with their left feet and now I’m here furiously waiting to hopefully see my money come in so I can delete this garbage and be done with it forever.

When I first started with invoice 2 go it was a real pleasure to use. However they Musta got some opposite brains working down there and now is nothing but a major cluster Of a mess. Extremely difficult to use and 80% of the time you can’t even get into use it. Now I’m locked out and can’t use it at all. I’m not a happy camper and I am looking at other sites. When I first started with them I highly recommended them. Now I do not recommend them at all. One star is too good
