Don’t like the idea of getting married with the app dev! And not interested in paying every month a fee should have the option to buy the app

I’d like to start by saying that I have used this app for years now and have really enjoyed using the previous editions. However, the past few updates have become less user friendly and efficient for what I do. The app used to auto save as you went along. I have had it happen twice in the past month where I switch to another app and find that the invoice is blank when I return. Most of my invoices take an hour or more to complete, so to have it disappear is extremely frustrating to say the least. I still remember and sorely miss how the app would remember recently used and recurring items as I would fill out my invoices because it saved me a lot of time.

Used this app flawlessly for a few years. Now it's horrible! Tech support is responsive, but all I get is "uninstall - reinstall". Also, now this app doesn't work well with my Gmail account. They say that I need to use my Apple mail account... Sorry, not going to do that. You guys need to get your act together!!?

It will only negatively impact your business with all its bugs and glitches. I Hate this app and this useless software. Half of the features they claim to have don’t work and the solution to every problem is to delete the app from your phone and upload again. Huge time and money waster. My business has suffered because of this useless company. ZERO STARS

I used to love this app-it made my life so easy and quick. I could create and email an invoice within 2 minutes and it was such a breeze. The simplicity was why I chose this app. Now, it is so complicated for many reasons. For example, it has automatically changed my design, and now has both my logo and company name both appearing-so that it looks funny with my logo blocking part of my company name-so I go ahead and remove the company name in settings, and it shows me that the company name has been removed. Therefore, I go ahead and send an iNvoice to a client and notice after it’s sent when I hit preview that it didn’t indeed remove the company name, and no matter how many times I try to remove it in settings, it doesn’t disappear from my invoices. This app no longer works like it used to. On top of that, it’s showing me random invoices that have either already been paid or have been deleted-and they are still Showing up in my unpaid section like doubles. Why did you have to ruin such a good thing? I will most likely take my business elsewhere.

This app use to was great but after the big update change it became confusing and difficult. I’ve been using it App for years and paid them a lot of money but the app creator just made it worse. I don’t like it as much and I'm looking if there is something better.

I have been using this app for over 2 years , I write an average of 500 invoices a year. I have tried many invoice apps before, hated all of them. I love how easy it is to write an invoice , and also love the new update . Sure it had some issues , but they keep making it better. Definitely staying with this app for a long time.
