I’ve been shopping for a month now and have done about 25 batches, a lot of doubles in there- and I am pleased with the process! Thank you for providing jobs! The guaranteed pay and gas coverage is something to really be appreciated, and makes a huge difference in my opinion. It gives shoppers some peace of mind in knowing they won’t be under-compensated when it comes to a large batch with a lot of replacements, extra time, and/or a far off delivery. I’m willing to take that extra time & care to satisfy a customer’s order knowing that the company takes all of this into account. My only suggestion is to keep improving the app! It is tiresome to have to go through several pages of ‘suggested replacements’ etc when you have already spoken with the customer and they want a refund for an item. I understand not wanting to incentivize shoppers to just refund everything- but an experienced shopper wants the option to either manually select a replacement item or refund the item on the FIRT PAGE. The several pages of suggestions take an unnecessarily long time to click through especially for people with a low phone battery or with an older phone with slightly longer load times. Overall I’m very satisfied with the user experience, and will continue to use the app myself and recommend it to others. Thank you. :)

Instacart is one of my favorite apps as a shopper and a customer too! The only thing I would suggest is I think the app should create maximum items for orders because some orders are very hard to fulfill.

I do about 10-14 batches per day Have been doing this since August, which means I’ve done +1200 batches since starting. I’ve also taken god know how many selfi verification photos, atleast one/week. When I room the last selfi verification photo, somehow instacart thought I was scamming and deactivated my account. I obviously wrote them and explained there must have been some sort of mistake on their part and if they could please share the photo that where they claim they couldn’t verify it was me. As we all know getting in touch with anyone at instacart is near impossible and one will have better luck calling God that succeeding reaching instacart. Very disappointed, feel used, and will most definitely never support a company that treats their so-called valued employees like this. Please don’t support instacart by working for them or giving them business as long as they treat their employees like dirt Happy new year

Worst delivery app possible they will kick you to the curb with no thought behind it and there is no real person to talk to with your problems only email.

I absolutely love shopping with instacart. It’s great and easy money, you work literally whenever you want and select which orders you want to deliver, and there’s usually a pretty good amount of orders available. However. I have had to chat with shopper (customer) support 3 times now, and have had TERRIBLE experiences every time. They shut down the phone support for god knows what reason, leaving it to chat support with people that have no idea what they’re doing nor how to actually fix an issue. I’ve had to wait for an hour at a store because of a payment issue with instacarts Apple Pay card, and ended up leaving because they could not 1. Understand what I was saying no matter how many different ways I tried (4) and 2. Come up with an actual solution. Shopper support is truly a joke and is often over 30 minutes for them to even understand what you need them to do. The MOST frustrating part of this app hands down and frankly the only reason I gave 3 stars. Shopper support should ALWAYS be priority, and sadly, this seems to be lowest on the priority list. So ridiculous to need help and never get a proper solution. Please fix ASAP!
