Oh Instacart, Instacart! Occasionally you are decent but mostly your company is just trying to take advantage of the shoppers. Allowing customers to not tip is ludicrous! It’s a luxury service! Since when is it ok to not tip the person willing to go shop an entire weeks worth of groceries, contact you along the way, then deliver using their own bags and vehicle, to your front door in an hour?! DOORDASH customers tip more than Instacart customers. Would you go to a posh hotel and not tip the cocktail waitress? And all they do is *carry* your drinks on a tray. I mean without a good tip, this app/Instacart is pure worker robbery. It can literally be 8$ for an hours worth of work. Nah. Nope. Try again.

I am a new full service shopper, and this app is SO user friendly and easy to use! It promotes success and gives you confidence to get the shop done! So fun and easy!

Love the job the only hiccup is some customers order items from a grocery store miles and miles away when there are grocery stores within their vicinity.. perhaps on the app offer a closer location

I accidentally entered in my email wrong and I’ve been waiting for days to get help and keep talking to the care people and they keep saying someone’s going to reach out and help me and no one has. Don’t download your be better off using another app like this than trying to work with these people.

They don’t care about you, you could had 5 start and as soon the customer says something bad about you that it’s not true they deactivated you even if you have proof of what happened look for a job somewhere else this job is not worth it

Im not seeing orders of great value these days like 9$ orders I have held a 5 star rating but not getting great orders for some time now it is very frustrating at times because this is my only way of income! Also I think we shld be able to not be deducted because products aren’t in store it’s not the shoppers fault if we search the store for the item we technically have shopped for it just isn’t in stock to purchase that’s still our time and energy what are we being reduced because of store stocking?
