This company will deactivate your account for no reason. Will refuse to reactivate it and have no remorse. Customer service for shoppers is just ridiculously inconsiderate, they get annoyed and end the conversation when YOURE THE ONE WHO SHOULD BE ANNOYED!! This company does not care about its employees at all. The best part is they can take your work away and you cannot even claim unemployment because you are an “independent contractor” please just work for shipt. Better pay and better treatment of employees. Count your days instacart

You have to have your phone in hand at all times in order to get an order

You’re in competition with other shoppers for orders. If your phone is not in your hand when the notification comes in that there’s an order available, it’s gone by the time you pick up the phone and open the app. It’s a terrible system for the shoppers.

Hello there just to let you guys now if you don’t already know. Aldi does not take Apple Pay from Instacart had to leave and order paying $48 and couldn’t check out because they don’t do Apple Pay with Instacart.

I like the job but the pay could be better I mean you got to drive to & from grocery store + shop for often times a lot of items it feels like every order should be $3 to $5 more in payout.
