Been looking for orders for 2.5 hours I didn’t see any…then I saw $13 order 11 miles away..12 items…wow…all this time people were seeing $112,$124, $80 orders…nothing is wrong with my phone or networks…I’m still looking for orders. Got a 4 star rating for 3 weeks now and it hasn’t been removed…still losing 5 stars for no reason at all!!!! Tried to chat with instacart and waited soooo long and no answer

This app won’t pass the next steps screen and shut it off and on amd deleted and reinstalled the app. Btw you can not do this online at all.
Constantly crashes

The app keeps crashing going blank for weeks and the care team doesn’t help they just tell you how sorry they are and how they relate to you. I’m in a high order area and not seeing batches but other instacart ears are. When the app is working it’s an amazing way to make money but don’t rely on it to work all the time

Worst experience of my life … let me work For 2 months … and then wake up one morning do an account deactivation for a background check. A misdemeanor 5 years ago for a dwai… told me in the beginning it wasn’t gonna be an issue. Provide 5 star service for 2 months …means nothing. Get a real job because this ain’t it.
