For Mother's Day I ordered three cards for delivery. One here locally in Florida to my mother and the other two were to be mailed to my daughters in Rhode Island. Neither of those two cards were received. I’ve tried contacting you, but I can’t seem to find anywhere on the app to do so. Now, neither of my daughters received their important greetings from me and I’m out the money. Please advise how to contact you when something goes awry. Also, I would like to get a refund for these two cards which I also never received back as undeliverable. Thank you!

Living abroad this app has saved me time and time again. It’s so nice to be able to hop on the app and send a card just in time with little to no hassle. I’m always amazed how I can do something intentional (sending snail mail) and it can be as simple as picking out a couple photos and sending with my thumb print. The app is easy to use!
