I love ink! I had been searching for a replacement to Pixinote (my last card sending app) they closed and I was so upset thinking I wouldn’t find another that was so easy to use. I like ink even better! It has more options and for a better price too! I will continue to send out my cards through them for as long as I can.

Terrible service. I order a card on August 2nd and two weeks later when it still didn’t come, and after I emailed the company and they assured me just to wait, I reordered it, and I still have not received it. I requested a refund because I emailed multiple times, one agent told me that maybe the address was input incorrectly but it wasn’t, and the agent asked me to provide the address again and I did, and even the refund hasn’t been processed after a different agent assured me that I would get my money back. Horrible customer service, horrible business.

I am a huge fan of Ink Cards! I have sent many cards to many different people and they always arrive on time, in good quality, and are such a treat to those receiving. It’s an easy, quick way to send a friend or family member some love and memories. I REALLY appreciate the quality of photos that are printed on the card— I would say they are better quality than photos I print from Costco and/or Walgreens. Oh and not to mention what a deal they are— for the thick paper/basic card it’s $1.99 INCLUDING SHIPPING. You can’t beat that! Keep it up Ink Cards!

I love Ink Cards to send and receive! Grandparents love photos and it would take forever or I’d forget to get prints to send. This is so easy peasy and everyone raves about receiving them!

First time using the app. I was so excited by all the options, the ease of use, and the price! And then I went to pay... very disappointed there is no option to use PayPal. I’m very careful what I do with my credit card number, and really didn’t want to put it in on the app. Please add PayPal as a payment option for those that are worried about security!
