No way to contact – Ink Cards: Send Custom Cards Review

For Mother's Day I ordered three cards for delivery. One here locally in Florida to my mother and the other two were to be mailed to my daughters in Rhode Island. Neither of those two cards were received. I’ve tried contacting you, but I can’t seem to find anywhere on the app to do so. Now, neither of my daughters received their important greetings from me and I’m out the money. Please advise how to contact you when something goes awry. Also, I would like to get a refund for these two cards which I also never received back as undeliverable. Thank you!
