I love this app. All of the cards I've sent have arrived on time and unlike the cards you get from the store, they're personalized and not as expensive.

Ink used to be one of my favorite apps. It was perfect for sending post cards to grandparents and friends. Somewhere along the way the ability to access Albums broke, for example I cannot access my Favorites Album in the app. Ink is aware of the problem but seem unable to fix it. Its taken a five star app and made it useless. Incredibly unfortunate.

I chose a birthday card for my granddaughter. She received an anniversary card from Trish. My granddaughter was confused and so am I.

They sent the wrong card to my Aunt and Uncle. Instead of my thank you card, my Aunt received a picture of a baby named William and a Happy Grandparents Day message. Not the card I paid for and sent!

I’ve used this app twice before and the cards have been beautiful, but this time I tried to send a card and someone else’s card ended up at my boyfriend’s house. My boyfriend received mail for someone’s grandpa and did not receive the birthday card that I sent him. What an awkward situation. I’m sad he didn’t get the beautiful card I made for him and it is super weird that I read a card for someone else’s grandparents.

Love this when they send the correct cards. I sent four cards for grandparents day and they each received the wrong card in the envelope saying it was from me. I write ink cards to resend all four cards but have yet to hear from them. Disappointed.

I’ve placed a dozen orders which were fine, with INK. However, the one that truly mattered was actually ruined. We had a huge family surprise and INK ruined it by sending the wrong card to our families. My grandma called me in a worry thinking we adopted a new child and didn’t tell her, because she got a child’s back to school photos. In actuality, we got secretively married and were announcing it to our grandparents via card since none have smart phones or social media. And now we had to explain, over the phone, and the joy was taken away. Incredibly sad.
