Wrong cards delivered

I recently sent cards to my four grandchildren. Imagine their surprise when they received cards intended for someone else. The disturbing thing is that 4 strangers have cards with pics of my precious grandchildren. Their parents are not happy either!
Cards never arrived at destination

I sent 5 cards to a child at camp...only one of those cards arrived. Terrible service. Will never use again.

App is easy to use with lots of choices and designs. I love that you can write your own message. The product is topnotch and arrived in excellent time. My daughter loved the card!

I recently made my first card with this app. It was very simple to use and the app sends directly to the person :). I feel you get a good price on the cards as well as mine was only $4 and that included shipping. I was disappointed that the app didn’t have a religious genre such as Bible verses or crosses for baptisms, first communions, etc.
Lack of customer service

I used the “contact us” link on the Ink menu within 24 hours of realizing I had mistakenly picked the wrong card presentation (horizontal vs vertical) for the five thank you cards I wanted to send. After sending three emails to their “help” email, I have NEVER received a response. Nice products but I’ll never use this app again. Barbara
