Poor customer service

While the quality is decent, their customer service is poor. I contacted them because a few of my cards had printed dark. Their response stated if my pictures were brighter, it wouldn’t be an issue. Mind you, the original pictures and printed cards were obviously different in terms of brightness. Too bad there isn’t a competitor who can meet the quality or I would have switched. For now, I have limited the number of cards I typically order.
So simple to use.

I send greeting cards way more now bc of this app. Love that I don't have to go out & buy any stamps. So personalized! Very reasonably priced. I get compliments on the cards I sent all the time.

Two cards that I had sent went through perfectly but the last card I sent (an important thank you card) was never sent to the address. The app says it was delivered but there is no way of contacting the company or confirming delivery.

This app is a great inexpensive way to send people personal customized cards. The designs are cute and you can find something for everyone. The only thing is I wish they would have more promo codes and discounts for users.

I send a lot of cards because I live on the West coast and have lots of family all over the map. I was very happy with this app until recently when several of my cards had not been received. This has happened to me so many times. Half of my Mothers day cards that I sent were not received.

This app has made me look like a super thoughtful person when in reality it takes minutes to send a card. I’ve sent 3 so far and they all have shipped really quick. We visit our friends out of state a lot so I always send one group picture in the mail to say thank you. Also, the postcards are cheaper than getting a card at the grocery store.

I use this app for every correspondence now! Thank you notes, holiday cards, sympathy cards, kids camp cards...etc. such a great way to personalize a greeting card—all from your phone, which is most convenient. I received a sympathy card from a friend from ink which is what got me started!

These guys have really upped their game with photo quality! I love Ink cards postcards. This is a great service and product. The app is pretty cool and makes sending a photo or card SO EASY! The cards in envelope are nice enough but not really cards like a greeting card, still a 2 sided card but in an envelope. Love that you can add your return address now to the card in envelope service. Service to get card mailed to recipient is not super fast, but is okay. Customer service very fast and helpful. This organization listens to customers and keeps improving. Great product!

This has quickly become one of my favorite apps. As someone who loves to keep in touch with people but struggles to remember and keep track and actually send stuff— this app has saved me. Get it!!
