HORRIBLE – Ink Cards: Send Custom Cards Review

Terrible service. I order a card on August 2nd and two weeks later when it still didn’t come, and after I emailed the company and they assured me just to wait, I reordered it, and I still have not received it. I requested a refund because I emailed multiple times, one agent told me that maybe the address was input incorrectly but it wasn’t, and the agent asked me to provide the address again and I did, and even the refund hasn’t been processed after a different agent assured me that I would get my money back. Horrible customer service, horrible business.
