Not impressed – INFINITI InTouch™ Services Review

Infiniti is supposed to represent luxury. The implementation of this is very lack luster. Capabilities in the app are extremely limited. The need to put in an additional passcode to start my car is running annoying. App can’t authenticate with Face ID. The watch requires the same. The latency with trying to execute a command to the car is excessive. The monthly cost for the service are excessive. This is my third Infiniti. Probably my last. The innovation has been non existent in too many areas. Some features that could be added. -control the hvac and be able to set a temp for the car. -open/close the windows or sunroof. -View vehicle health report and upcoming maintenance. -Schedule service appointments for upcoming maintenance - optional notifications for upcoming maintenance. -Lookup recalls. -notifications for low fuel This app should be an extension of the luxury that Infiniti wants to represent. It’s interface should be fluid and latency reduced.
