Can't find current location

Heetenism

The app thinks I live in Michigan instead of NY? Every time I try to search for something it searches in Michigan! Seriously! Infiniti can't even get the current location on the app! Horrible!

Disappointed

DeViDa

The only good thing about this app is being able to lock your vehicle where ever you're at in case you have a "panic moment" where you think you forgot to lock your car. Everything else on this app is useless. Will not be renewing this currently free trial app. The annual subscription after the first year after purchasing your vehicle cost almost $700 !! You would think this would be free lifetime for the price you paid for the vehicle!

Infiniti. Shame on you

Steve Zielenski

This app is total garbage. Won't let me register my brand new car, can't "upload photo" to prove its mine. Really? $63,000 car and a totally useless app. Will not be subscribing to this "service" on renewal. Joke. Zero stars.

Awful

AustinAddyMom

Completely useless ap. If my car was stolen they would never be able to locate it. Waste of time and space.

Infiniti Connect

Sithbk

I finally installed the app and was hoping for something cool but it won't recognize my VIN# and said I don't have this function in my Q50s. Seriously Infiniti? You already failed me with your over advertised InTouch system. So let's not wasted anyone else's time and delete this app from the App Store.

Why Japanese Cars will never be Premium Class

fenar

Infinity (aka Nissan) is a crappy brand where people has no idea of having such a simple working app will make life easier!

Decent

So Cal Swag

Decent features pretty nice touch Infiniti did. They should do some better apps and great a start engine app for those cold mornings

Very confusing

Smitty195

I really want to give this thing 5 stars because it looks like it has potential. But to be honest, I can’t figure out what it does except lock and unlock my doors. It is confusing as heck to set up, and unfortunately, reading the Owner’s Manual is no help. The Manually was obviously written in Japanese, and then poorly translated to English. I can’t make heads or tails out of what my Manual says. I’ve sat down three times now to read it, and I just can’t do it. And you would THINK that I could go to the Infiniti Dealership with my new car and say, “Okay, I have the App and here is my car—can you please show me how this works?”. But they can’t—the salesmen have no clue. When I went back to my dealership to ask, the salesman goes out to my car with me to “help” me, and the first question I asked him (which was a basic question) his responded by saying, “Oh, well that is too technical of a question that we can’t answer. They don’t send these cars home with us to figure these things out, so I have no idea how that works”. He was also incorrect in telling me that my Infiniti does NOT have a built-in cell phone and that it will only go through my own cell phone. WRONG. How on earth does he think Infiniti receives vehicle telematics when you call? How do they “see” where you are, and how are they able to provide other services? It’s because the car has its own built in cell phone using “2G” technology (i.e., old cellular technology) to call them. If you don’t have your cell phone with you, you can still call them—try it and see, it works fine. That guy had no clue what he was talking about. But if you do use “Infiniti Connection” to ask them a question, it connects you with them in a very confusing way. When the automated system answers, it says, “Please say an extension”. Ummm, I don’t know….how about extension one? I have no clue. They have GOT to fix that. I have no idea what I’m supposed to say so I’ve just been saying “Operator” and it connects me with a generic extension. I am so surprised that for such a fancy, hi-tech, expensive car that this part of things has been designed SO poorly.

really pretty useless

all I have ever done or been able to figure out from this app is lock/unlock the car doors. severely disappointed that this is the best Infiniti could do given the price of this car. my Chevy Equinox had far far better technology and relevant, helpful, and useful apps.

Infiniti Should Be Ashamed!

BigJohnQ50

Still broken! I can unlock/lock my 2015 Q50s but that is it. Infiniti needs to find some programmers that know how to fix this. Can’t be that hard. Come on Infiniti BMW and Lexus is watching you! And so are we….
