What is Infiniti trying to do? Their inTouch system on the Q50, I am talking about the 2014 model. Endless issues. Unfixable problems. Now add to this, a Useless app that looks pretty and not functionally Just look at the message. “ The unlock request has been sent to your Infiniti. It may take several minutes for the request to be completed. “ It is just slow. sometimes quick someone it never happens. I won’t ask for a remote starter. That will probably blow their mind.


Service will end Dec 31 2016, no upgrade announced.

The 2g service for Infiniti will end on Dec 31 2016 and no word of upgrade has been announced. The 2016 cars might be updated but might not happen for the older models and if so might be our cost to upgrade. The app is so slow it is usless.

I can't believe that infiniti only gives you 1 year with this feature.. Regardless it's slow and unpredictable in working. Then they want you to PAY for it when the year is up?!

My title says it all. My real rating is zero stars. I want my 10 minutes trying to figure out this garbage back. I decided to start with something simple, sending a destination. Finds it OK, time to send. Whoops, gotta set up a folder and a feed. Check. Let's go to the navigation system and find my destination that was successfully sent. Nothing. OK, I'm waiting at the barber shop, let me test the lock car. Give us your four digit PIN... Nope that doesn't work. Just last night I enrolled in the "new and improved" all-in-one website and set up a six-digit PIN. To summarize, trash this mess and start over.

Infiniti all?

I have use this app on multiple vehicles and absolutely love it! I'm not sure about the dealerships where everyone else is buying their vehicle but here in Az Infiniti on camelback sent out a tech guru to go over all my vehicles features and He thoroughly went through this system and not only did he help us understand it but he tied it to real life scenarios that have our family using it on a regular basis. Love this service and love the app! Hopefully Everyone who posted negative about the app will call their dealership for help and give it another shot.


Worst app ever for such a great car!!!

This app isn't made with intention for someone's real use. This is extremely unexpected for such high end brand and after having all cool features in car. Nothing works in this App and also the app feel is also the same ( cheap). It doesn't feel like "Infiniti", completely contradictory to the way you feel the car. Sending location never worked. I don't know where all the location are gong in my car.....why is so complicated? And recently map also stopped displaying in app showing some message " unauthorized url map id" etc.... I hope they read all these reviews and make this app really usable. However, I haven't seen any improvement in this App since I bought my car. Plz, UPDATE THE APP or REMOVE COMPLETELY SO THAT OTHER PEOPLE WONT WASTE THEIR VALUABLE TIME On TO SUCH POOR QUALITY PRODUCT.

Didn't do anything but take up space. I have driven the Japanese market infinity equivalent and the app it seam less and has a ton of features. But it seams that it was too much work for infinity to redesign the app to function well in North America.
