Terrible

ebuck1

This is probably the worst auto app I have ever used. No remote start feature and door lock/unlock takes forever. I don't really understand how the Nissan app has the remote start feature and this doesn't. Totally useless.

Needs Remote Start

Travel Africa

The app seemingly does very little for a luxury car. Remote start would be a great addition.

Terrible graphics!

Such an amazing car but the app looks like it was made 10 years ago. Very outdated graphics! This app NEEDS to be updated to fit the iPhones of today.

Utterly useless

I bought the vehicle used so didn't have the one year trial opportunity to see how horrible this is. I signed up for the plus service for one feature: ability to send an address from my phone to the car. As soon as I go to that page, I get a pop up error message about google maps and that's it. Not able to lookup anything or send an address to the car. Other functions seem to work but I could care less about those. Worst part is with the history of negative reviews I don't get the feeling Infiniti even cares to fix this app.

Don't understand all the negative reviews

I just recently leased a 2016 Infiniti Connection enabled car and didn't try out this app at first due to the countless number of bad reviews. I'm not saying this is the most aesthetically pleasing app I've never seen, but it works completely as intended. Within less than 10-15 seconds of remote unlocking or locking my car it works fine. When I sent a destination, I had no trouble either. Still has a ton of room for improvement but works as intended.

Infiniti Management Needs Wakeup Call

After spending $80,000+ on a QX80, I've discovered Infiniti's internet interfaces as well as their AT&T connectivity need big changes. When my app works, it's fantastic, but when my car continually get a NO SERVICE message when trying to pull down destination feeds, the INFINITI CONNECTION is WORTHLESS. I'm now in Wells, NV WITHOUT connectivity to the IC service. This could be a defective radio or antenna in my QX80, terrible ATT service or a problem in the IC service center. I'm sure I am not alone. My next step after I finish my 2 week road trip is to tie up a day at the Infiniti service garage. As for this app, the biggest problem is what seems to be a 6 "feed" limit per destination folder and terrible online/internet documentation to use the internet interface. There also appears to be a limit to the number of folders that can be created. The iPhone app has no edit functionality. For that, you have to navigate about four levels deep on the IC website. Not too intuitive. This is a major problem. Otherwise it is pretty easy to use, but there appear to be limits to the number of feeds you can put in a folder. I can't comment about the other features of the app. I also am wondering about the "erasing" of previous comments as mentioned by another reviewer. I expect more from Infiniti on their Information Technology interfaces with their owners. Ps: I just determined that the Valet Alert won't work if you have no (connectivity)service. I hope my car doesn't get stolen tonight from its parking spot here in Wells,NV since my QX80 has no connectivity to the Infinity Connection Service.

Buggy upgrade to ver. 7.0.5. ????

Since the last upgrade my vehicle data has been deleted. When I go to input the data again, the app won't properly populate the pull down menu and I then hit the "brick wall." Please fix this urgently!!
