I hate this new app, the agent was great but your app is terrible

Please be aware! This app is only designed to sell/ redeem drawing tickets (powerball, megabucks, pick 3/4) There is No functionality for checking/ redeeming scratch off tickets. Even if you get the app to work correctly, create an account with your email, disable all privacy settings on your phone, and upgrade your account with personal and bank info; it only has 1 function.

Once again Illinois has proven itself as a state of zero innovation by giving us lost soles of gambling the worst app ever. It’s totally useless and you’ll have a better experience in a browser. Now you can’t sign in, or so it seems, or look at your winning or tickets. Can anybody say why you create an app that is a web wrapper for a web service and call it useful ? This is not an app... it’s junk. I hope I win so I can move.

Can only log in after selecting a game to play and then there is no Wallet or History, add funds, etc.

When I choose subscription for lucky day lotto it doesn’t tell me how often it’s drawn or when. If I were to choose a one month subscription how much would that cost me? App seems very elementary but it’s lacking critical information to make a choice. I like the idea of this app however it’s not executed well. I’ll check back next year to see if it’s updated. Meanwhile I’ll continue buying at the gas station.
