Is there a way to store your favorite numbers so you don’t have to keep putting them in every time you buy a ticket? If not, this would be a great improvement, also you need to put it back the way it was before this horrible update, adding money to the app it’s really stupid, it should take it directly out of my bank account for whatever purchase I made.
Keeps putting your numbers in numerical order

Just like the title implies, when you pick your numbers (doesn’t matter which ones) it places them in numerical order. Tried it like 5 4 3 2 1 and when it asked me to confirm the numbers were rearranged to 1 2 3 4 5. You will never win if you use the app to buy.
Can’t log in

This app needs to be stable. I have location in and I have opted into location yet it keeps prompting me to register my phone by sending text message. Now I can’t even log in and I am using the correct credentials. Keeps telling me to contact a number. So done and am removing the app from my phone. I have the iPhone X

Illinois recently switched to Camelot to handle these services. If you need to change your address or update your card info, you have to wait SEVERAL months for this to take effect. Another way MONEY HUNGRY Illinois doesnt want to pay up and cut corners by hiring this lame company Camelot. The phone number to call is useless because repa say its up to Camelot. Its nothing we can do. However, the same error messages are shown when you attempt to change online. The ap has NOTHING to do with online access. Illinois blames it on Camelot when they control their website itself. So which is lying? Typical of Illinois and their poor choices managing money once again! If this is not fixed soon, I will take it to a news anchor! They will be glad to BLAST the story on an already strained Illinois! Shame on you Illinois!

It’d be nice if the app could auto sign in with Face ID, it should really have an option to show your current purchases and those numbers, previous tickets etc...I have no way of looking at my tickets unless I keep the email, this should be available through the app.

jpromi2’s review says it all. I completely agree with their assessment. The lottery for IL makes so much money why cheap out on the app. Invest in making things better - sounds strange I know.

The app keeps telling me I’m using an invalid email when I’m not. I tried 3 different email addresses.

Missouri app let you scan your ticket from your phone. I really enjoy that feature. I wish Illinois would add that feature to there app. Save a lot of time when you go the store your tickets are already checked.
