UPDATE: Camelot = bona fide liars. Nothing ever gets fixed. Must be a lot of the developers’ families writing reviews. Worst app in Appdom. First rule of computing and programming: NEVER LOSE USERS’ DATA. This app goes out of its way to guarantee data loss. Don’t get aggravated. Play at the local quick stop. Or stop playing. Never use this trash.
New Version Can’t Scan Tix

This new version is horrible and hard to navigate. I originally downloaded this app to mainly scan my tickets. Now that feature is nowhere to be found! Fix it ! I am not surprised such trash came out of an Illinois office. It’s the norm here.

Why contracting-out government services doesn’t work

This app couldn’t be worse. There was NOTHING wrong with the old app, but they hyped the “new, improved app” for more than 6 months. And it is a flat-out failure. It is built upside down. Upon opening, all you really can do is choose numbers or make quick picks. You’re not signed-in yet, that option is not available. The next step is to pay. But you aren’t signed-in. So you sign-in, and your chosen numbers are lost. You must choose again. Now you need to pay. But it won’t just accept a payment, you have to put funds on deposit, a wasted step. But you go ahead and add funds to your account. Of course, your chosen numbers are lost again. So you choose your numbers for a third time, and you’re done. But wait. You wanted to play two different games. You just bought your Mega Millions ticket. To get a Powerball ticket, you have to start over. First-off, whoever approved going live with this new app should not only be fired, but should be sued. This couldn’t be any worse than it is. A disaster.

This app is truly awful. Not only is it confusing to navigate but the biggest issue of all is that it doesn’t have transactional follow through. Meaning, I took the time to pick all my numbers for the lottery drawing. And it asked me to deposit money. When I went to deposit money, it did not remember all the numbers that I had picked and I had to redo it! That’s a horrible design where it does not remember or even establish a cart for you to park your picks in. Terrible, terrible design.

I can’t stand this new app. I open the app and I can’t log in, can’t get to my account details, and can’t see my results. All I can do is choose a game and pick numbers but even then if I try to buy those numbers I have to log in and the numbers I picked are lost. What??? Then when I log in and choose numbers again and try to purchase i realize I don’t have enough in my account to make the purchase (it doesn’t help that I can never see my actual balance). I have to add funds and guess what....my numbers are lost again. Hahaha what a joke. This app is completely worthless and frustrating.
