Worst App Ever!

Every single time I’ve tried to use the app there is a problem. This last time (I just deleted the app) it because the app doesn’t allow for my physical address to be different from my mailing address (a PO Box, as used by my credit card banks). So it’s “So long IL Lottery app!

Just get an error occurred message. Thanks for saving me money instead of spending it Illinois lottery! If you have a gambling addiction this is the app for you because it won’t let you bet anything!

No iPad app ?

I used to be able to use on my iPad on previous version. Can no longer access my account using iPad. I can only access account/play games using computer or phone. Yuck.

The new app is horrible. There’s no way to get to your cart, and if you don’t have the funds deposited already, the app loses your numbers once the deposit is complete. But, there’s no way to add funds to your account without inputting a line of numbers. Whoever designed this app clearly knew nothing about good UX design.

Is there a back button? I have to close the app and reopen to go to another page. This app is not user friendly. Super confusing. Bring the old app back!

Does not work at all on iPad!

After being forced to update from the original/old app I found that this does not work at all on my iPad. Extremely difficult to navigate, cannot login.

the app is horrible! Thankfully, you don’t have to pay for it! I try to play the games but it keeps telling me that I’m not in the state of Illinois! ??‍♂️??‍♂️ Why would anybody go against the rules and try to play outside the state anyway?! Lol

Horrible Application on iOS

Do you actually have a mobile app development team? Do you have anyone that understands good UX design? This might be the worst iOS app I have ever used. Location services do not work unless you are on Wi-Fi, the navigation is experience is terrible and does not follow most application design standards. Often the only thing a user can do is quit the application and start over. Of all things, why do you have a button for me to “download the app” — from inside the app? Can you explain how that makes any sense at all? Your catch phrase is “Illinois Lottery, anything’s possible” — except creating a usable iOS application to purchase Lottery tickets.
