Don't know what happened. I've been using this app for awhile now, and suddenly it can't verify that I live in Illinois. I've called the help line and no results. I've removed it for wasting my time.

Always says I’m not in the borders of Illinois and to call the hotline. Never works. Tried installing again and the same thing. Good luck
This App is almost unusable

First of all, while I happen to be a mobile app developer - I am very understanding of the challenges that come with that. With that being said, it’s way too difficult to add payment methods, update your address (and zip code specifically) in this app. That is first and foremost what allows you to even collect money. Each payment method should not have some hidden predictive contingency that determines whether the app allows it to be added/saved and each payment method should have its own billing address. If you guys need help with this and more, we can fix these things in a matter of hours.

I cannot even login to this app. It take forever. Most of the time this app just offers me to call support.

Worst app design ever. So many missing features like the ability to check your own numbers easily to see if you won. Just terrible and I bet they paid a lot for it too. Rather just get a ticket at the gas station.

This app is so elementary a sixth grader could provide a better app. Not user friendly unless you want to buy a ticket. I noticed that all of the tabs n the app work EXCEPT the feedback tab. Poor babies don’t want their feelings hurt?

Would be nice if the app showed all active purchases, and not only active subscriptions. Also, would be nice if you could compare your numbers to the winning numbers on one screen. Otherwise it’s decent.
