Not many changes after update

This new app still has room for improvement. The menu design is difficult to navigate and inconvenient. The major problem is the app is most of the time is unusable because it states that location is outside of the state I live which is nonsense. I can’t even buy tickets. Support was unable to help. Poor service.

Scanned one ticket, then the app crashed. Have not been able to get it to boot since despite restarting it and reinstalling.

Keep getting multiple charges for one drawing with my subscriptions. Who knows how long it’s been happening. But as long as they make their money right.....

Downloaded the app for the scan function and I have to create a account? Never mind...DELETE!

The app has an error, which forces you to call player support. Good luck sitting on hold or in menu purgatory trying to talk to someone.

I received a message indicating I have a notification within the app, when I login there is no notification and no way to clear the notification from the app on my phone.
