Terrible Transition

I don’t blame them for needing/wanting to make money, but the way they’ve gone about the transition has really alienated me as a longtime user, and I don’t even care to see the service survive at this point.

Nice but Too expensive now

It’s heartbreaking how a free app now cost money. 4.00 a month is way too much. Maybe 99€ would had been better. 2 bucks a month and over is just too much for some in these days. Oh well I’m glad the makers to the devices I use has created their own widgets or what ever it’s called when you want a device to do something specific So I’ll just stick to those. Besides, they should allow custom control over their products anyway for curiosity of the customers buying the products.

You’re starting to sound like one of the auto insurance scams.

“This is your last day to go pro!” For days on end. Constantly emailing with no opt out.

It’s a horrible app service

I’ve tried this 10+ time’s and every time same issues nothing ever works not enough options to do what you need and even if you almost get it to work then for example in smart life it wount let you pick the device you want to active if this or that happens. Horrible waste of time

Horrible

Mr. O ?

App has always been junk and now they want you to pay a monthly subscription. I hope this bogus company fails into oblivion!

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t.

This app is really frustrating. I use it to control both of my WI-FI thermostats when power prices hit certain thresholds. On occasion it would simply fail to run but for the most part i was willing to accept its shortcomings since it was free. It was for the most part pretty reliable. However over the last month or 2 it’s been failing to run more frequently which worries me. This is pretty dangerous when power prices are spiking. I can’t see myself paying for this app until I know it works 100% of the time.

All right

This app is great really helps us in many things!

App is unusable

I’ve been using this app with no problem for years. I loved it so much that I upgraded to pro but now it doesn’t work! I can’t disconnect certain applets, when I try to configure them, I get “request failed with status 301”, I just tried to create a new applet and for the past day I have received “there was a problem with your request. Please try again”. I’ll be happy to change my review once the developers fix these issues and I can actually use IFTTT again. For now, it is just running in the background wasting space and turning my lights on and off when I don’t want it to (uninstalling doesn’t stop it)

And you pay for it

This app is barely navigable. Overly simplified to the point that it affects the functionality, hard to use menus, irrelevant search results, and when you finally find something you like, no matter what you do, you can’t connect it to your devices. Also non existent customer service. Just a long looping website of “help” articles and feedback requests. I’ve had far more fun in prison than I have ever had because of this app. Pass on it
