Poor app support

Lskdhdbvc

If you’re having an issue with the app you will be on your own. Their “support” basically tells you to search for the problem online or in random forums. My applets were running well for a long time and then suddenly stopped working. The original hardware/software and app that was being used is working as normal, just the IFTTT applets are not able to be connected.

Worse and worse

CillyJoe

More marketing emails , more broken applets, more frequent hang-ups on live applets. Not what it used to be

Don’t waist your time.

Once upon a time this was a good app. Then they got greedy and made you pay for a “pro” subscription which i. Now you can use 3 tasks.

This app cost me a lot . It does not work correctly. Do not risk your accounts, private information, and finances by downloading.

They’re holding users ransome.

Everything is getting shut down. Probably better anyway since there are sin any other ways to automate things. IFTTT needs to go anyway

IFTTT was good while it lasted...

IFTTT is yet another app that was once good but is now suffering from corporate greed. It seems these companies allow apps to be very useful for a certain amount of time so they can get people hooked on them then they suddenly make them all but useless. That is what has happened here. I would have gladly put up with ads in order to have a useful app, but I am not going to pay anything for something such as this. Yes, it is/was useful, but it is not a must-have app. IFTTT, you are shooting yourselves in the foot by going to a paid plan. Believe me! Hear me! Understand what I am saying!

Not worth paying for

I can see limiting free, butt only 3 is crazy. The way they rolled this out speaks volumes. They don't even have a good way to manager or existing automations. "Archive, or we will. We don't have a way to get them back. Pay for suffer."

No longer works

RickyD920

Trying force me to pay for upgrade to pro. I have deleted all applets except for the 3 I’m allowed now for free and they don’t work. Nothing works now. Why should I pay to upgrade to pro if the free version no longer works. How do I know it will work after upgrading ?????

No Real Service

So I ended up having to pay for a pro subscription because the app would no longer allow me access to my Applets after a routine app update. And all of this was without warning. So I write in for technical support because there is a problem with IFTTT connecting to Nest. 10 day after my first message and three days after my second message, I get a response from Kevin that basically says that I “might want to contact Nest.” So if I get this right… I was basically forced to start paying, which wouldn’t be a bad thing if everything worked. And if there is a problem between IFTTT and another service, it is my responsibility to figure it out even though I pay a monthly service charge. Sounds legit.
