Loving this new bike so far. So many cool features

Love this app

Elovewilson

I love that iFIT has work out videos, yoga videos, and meditation videos. Nice to be able to mix up my work out, and do it in my random spare time.

Constantly Freezing on my Nordictrack

lelisabeth

I can’t even use iFIT on my NordicTrack, because it is constantly freezing. Sometimes not even two minutes into a run, sometimes freezing more than 10 times during the run, and sometimes never even coming back on. I have tried a factory reset, I don’t know what else to do. I can watch it on my phone, but that will not automatically change my speed and grade on the Nordictrack. I like the workouts, I like to tour different countries while I am running, but it is useless if I can’t even use the big screen on my treadmill.

Absolutely trash

I have iFit because we bought a rower and received a free year subscription. At first I was absolutely obsessed with the app and started using it for treadmill workouts (non Ifit enabled). About 6 weeks ago, the speed/incline for treadmill workouts stopped adjusting on the display (through my iPad) during a workout. I have to estimate, based in the instructor cues, what speed/incline I should be using. It’s so frustrating and annoying. To make matters worse, I’ve contacted customer service repeatedly and have had no response in over two weeks. I get that everyone is having staffing issues but that is absurd. When I’d previously contacted support about small issues their response was timely and helpful. I don’t understand why there’s a complete 180 in terms of service and app performance. I’m now trying the peloton app and will not renew Ifit.

Good but Spotty

Almareto

I like the workouts, I like the trainers. But the actual video feedback is problematic. It’s often blurry and skips frames. I know at one point it was HD and beautiful but in the last year it’s gotten much worse. Still usable but could be so much better.

Keeping me Honest!

I’m Not-so-fast Eddie

The iFit app helps keep me on track for achieving my fitness goals. Because Inhate leaving things unfinished knowing I have more workouts in a series keeps me coming back.
