Used to hate the treadmill, rower, and spin bike. So much fun to see the world an I’m no longer board. Just select a location and enjoy the experience! We only have the iFit treadmill, but use a iPad and mounted tablet holder for my concept2 rower and Keiser m3 spin bike. It’s nice to have the treadmill auto adjust, but we get amazing workouts on the non iFit equipment as well. The bike instructors use a Rate of Perceived Exertion scale RPE and I have a heart rate monitor so it works no issues. Rowing I just look at the resistance scale and it works great as well.

I have iFIT on my treadmill, exercise bike, TV (for yoga/interval training) and phone. I enjoy the workouts and tracking it across the multiple platforms. In addition to the workouts, I did my first guided meditation for sleep tonight and was asleep five minutes into it. I highly recommend iFIT!

I have greatly enjoyed having the iFIT app. It helps round out my workouts at home after I purchased my elliptical. There is so many workouts to choose from. If I wake up and I am not up for a strength training workout, I am able to choose a Yoga workout to complete. There are also meditations to choose from. It seems like and endless source of videos to help strengthen your body and your sole.

I am a month into working out with iFit and loving every bit of it. There are quick workouts for the days I just need to get something in quick and longer workouts for days I want to push myself. Each coach I have encountered so far has been so energetic, easy to follow, and fun to workout with.
