Not sure if anyone else is having an issue. My resistance isn’t matching the trainers on any workout. It does adjust up and down, but no to their numbers.

This is a an app with great training vedios! But they are hidden away which makes it most annoying

Both the website and this app have the worst plans and costumer service I’ve ever seen. Can’t give it less than one star or I would. Tried several different times to get ahold of the company via email, phone, and online chat during NORMAL business hours on a TUESDAY. Appalled and dissatisfied.

I absolutely love this app. After being away from fitness way too long, this app has helped my family get back into shape. It makes it so much more manageable and keeps us motivated! Worth every penny.

This app and subscription service is half great. Once you are in a workout, the trainers do an excellent job of keeping you motivated and the machine reacts as advertised. Getting to the workout you want us a nightmare tho, basic things like search and filtering do not exist. The only option, browse, is slow and unresponsive. If I start a series of trainings it should be easy to continue with the next one without having to spend 5 minutes finding it. Also, it would be nice to be able to filter by trainer, once you find one you like, it should be easier to find more workouts by then.

Lots of good content but it difficult to filter and search for your favorite location, level, trainer, workout type and then commit programs/series to a calendar. A simple UI update to this app and the treadmill app will do wonders.
