I wouldn’t waste my time or money on this app! Twice I’ve had to figure out why my child came access the activities on the app. She comes to me frustrated and frantic when it decides to stop functioning all of sudden. The fix?? They keep requesting me to download a new app (that doesn’t exist and restore my purchase, that they then tell me doesn’t exist. How ironic is is that two months after my renewal every year my purchase no longer exists??? Shame on you for stealing and causing so much frustration for family and children.

I originally purchased the baby first university app in which I paid the 49.99 subscription fee for last year it hasn’t even been the end of the year and now this app has magically updated itself to Ican in which now it’s requiring me to pay another subscription fee when it’s the same program but using a new name huge scam!

We like this app but why does it not work with Guided Access? A toddler keeps exiting the app and it’s pretty much useless. This needs a critical update.

So about two weeks ago, I suddenly couldn’t access the app, it said “unable to find a valid subscription” but it renewed January 1st. Apple and BabyFirst can’t fix it.

We are overseas and in lockdown so knew my lo would appreciate some of his old Baby First friends and use the games to learn. I bought and paid for a year in January but could not get in. Took a bit for me to reach out bc no school, kid w me, overseas... but was told I had some old version so deleted, re-added many times and finally (wasting a mother’s time????). I requested a refund but on and on we finally got in. I was willing to see out the year for the familiarity as challenges duplicate the ABC Mouse and other services we use. Then...in May, I get an email saying my account has been terminated bc of a problem with my credit card! Biatches, I paid for the full (redundant, right?) year in January! I have since gotten no help I my requests to just refund me! I want my money back but will never forgive the grief they caused (hours of my time trying to do their job for them) a mother attempting to homeschool a needy, nearly 4yo, overseas, did I mention this? We have precious few resources and I need every tool I can use. Look out for the Harry the Bunny I shall return to you; he will not be well. Keep it knowing you are a failure!

Paying a subscription for an app that does the same few lessons over and over again is just not worth it.

My son was actually enjoying the learning activities.. I purchased and subscribed and now he can’t play anything. Although I purchased it, it keeps saying for me to purchase. WHICH I DID ALREADY.

The kids activities and learning tools are great. Also great support for the parents. A wonderful family app with a special focus for children who can benefit from the specific design just for them.

We have paid and logged in and all the features have been unlocked but when click on them, nothing happens. Nothing opens for my son to play….
