BUYER BEWARE My child isn’t interested in the app. I requested help with cancellation and received very little help. I “canceled” but it doesn’t effect when my subscription ends. I would like my money back please. Please help me.

Parent Zone

Keysfor life

Despite the app stating Family sharing, you can’t share the in app purchase. This is disheartening because I am not able to purchase the app share it with my toddler. Have tried multiple times to complete the app purchase with my toddler’s ID. It cancels my purchase. It does not even ask to buy within the app itself. Only ask to “buy” which mind you it just to obtain the app. I contacted Apple concerning the issue and was told it was a problem with the app. Again this is disheartening because I don’t want to have to share my Apple ID or my device for my toddler to utilize the app. I feel once I the Parent Zone, I should be able to purchase a subscription.

No support

Not happy at all!!! Got charged for a year of use after free trial. No way to cancel. What a scam

This app is ok

It’s very complicated to actually get started in a game, once you’re in one they are educational and engaging for my child. I was upset when I tried to cancel the subscription and I kept getting an ‘error’ come up..I then was charged $59.99 after a week...I wanted to subscribe for the 6 months for $25 which makes much more sense... don’t download this app. It’s wack!

Great Educational app

My son has been watching BabyFirstTV since he was 4 months old and he’s now 4 years old and still loves anything BabyFirst. He autistic and non verbal and loves learning. So I downloaded this app. He’s in love with it and it’s the perfect way for him to learn and have fun at the same time. Definitely a awesome app.

Hiding the subscription fee!!

working daddy

The app doesn’t function properly and over half of the content is locked. Subscription only tells you $4 or $5 monthly but then hits you with a $60 fee. Beware single parents or anyone on a budget!

Albert and Junior

Nini Bishop

I was allowing my grandkids to watch the developmental programs until today when on Albert and Junior dinosaurs were said to have lived millions of years ago. I am highly disappointed that those who are in charge of these programs would teach babies and toddlers a science that is by no means proven true!!!
