Icons in app don’t work

I was a paid subscriber to the app. Many of the icon choices for the game will not work. Pointless if it doesn’t open the games to play.
Child loves baby first tv but this is ridiculous

Ok we love watching baby first tv but this is ridiculous to charge for an app when it SHOULD be free like nick jr and Disney jr- to help promote & advertise your channel. Free stuff barely works after couple times and friends say subscription crashes & not worth it. What’s the deal and we may be ditching the channel, seeing the affiliation with the app isn’t free- really upsets us as parents, of kids who love these characters.

I paid my subscription and then made sure it wouldn’t auto renew and low and behold. My subscription was “cancelled”. Charged me $65 to not even use for longer than my trial ? what a joke.

My son and I are huge fans of the Baby First TV channel. It’s comforting to know that my son can continue to access quality educational content with all his favorite characters on the go using my iphone in a user friendly and safe environment. The ability for us to sing along together or learn the different instruments and colors really makes subscribing to this app that much better! Thanks Baby First...:)
Yet another app that tricks the consumer that games are free

You download app and very few games are free. Why can’t the vendor just indicate to get full use, you will have to pay monthly or yearly. Deleting it!
