Worst subscription!

I paid for this subscription two times and both times still doesnt work. It can’t find my subscriptions. Is so irritating.

Ever since the update, this app won’t let me log in, I’m a paid subscriber, and all of the “help” tabs are empty and have no way of contacting support. I want to be able to use the features I pay for.

They charged me for the subscription but yet when I try and sign in it says no valid subscription found!!!! I can’t seem to find a way to unsubscribe and stop payments. I’m NOT paying for something we can’t use. We LOVE the channel and my son adores the shows which is why it’s so disappointing! Either issue a refund or let me unsubscribe and stop charging me since I can’t even access the products you charged me for!!

This app does not address basic educational needs. The focus on ABC and numeric development is just reshowing the videos already watched on television. I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. The fact that all activities are locked prior to purchasing is a red flag. Highly, disappointing...I am an educator and telling you not to buy!
Videos crash

This app is great. My daughter who is 3 loves it but every time she tries to watch a video the app crashes. Please fix this so we can keep enjoying all the app has to offer.
