Frustrated

Sweeeeeet!

I downloaded this app this morning and decided to try out the paid yearly subscription which said there was a 7 day free trial. I though, “Perfect! I can see if my child likes it, and if he does, I’ll continue the subscription, if he doesn’t I’ll cancel before the seven days. I just now, SAME DAY, got charged the full yearly subscription... so much for the free trial. Now I definitely don’t want to give this company my money. I don’t like to honor deceit.

Scam

lilAidan1

I paid for a full year subscription and the app doesn’t let me log in. I’ve emailed for help several times and haven’t heard from them. I tried to ask for a refund and nothing. Horrible service. At this point I feel like I was robbed.

Don’t work now

sharrrrrrie

Y’all have been taking my money out of my Account now the app is not working

So much confusion and complications

Marianndilbeck

Free version is okay, subscribe and it all falls apart. Won’t work on my sons tablet, charged me even though I signed up for a free trial, I tried to call and they weren’t “in business hours” at 1:53pm EST. This whole app is a joke. It works on my iPhone even though the free trial didn’t... but it still constantly interrupts with a pop up that frustrates my son. I’ve never wasted 6.99 like I did on this app. Learn from my mistake, don’t download. They respond to this review to try and get help again, months later. They never did resolve it and I’m humored all these months later they would attempt to contact me. This is wild.

Thanks for the reviews

Sure am glad I read the reviews because I was tempted to download after watching the commercial on TV. So far, everyone is correct in saying the commercial does not mention a subscription will be required. I also noticed that when the App people responded, they never addressed this “error of omission on their part “. Instead they avoided that complaint completely and spoke of how they used the subscriptions to pay for further development of their app....obviously avoiding addressing the original problem. I have lost respect for Baby First since they condone this app. I thought they were better than the others. Mind you, this tactic of sucking people into recurring subscriptions that they can never seem to get out of is quite common, albeit despicable and this company is no exception. ABC Mouse has earned this reputation as well. Users beware and READ THOSE REVIEWS!!

Won’t work properly

I have tried with two BabyFirst apps to subscribe to use them for my curious 2yr old and I purchase a subscription but it is not registering for me to use the app. Assuming it is faulty

Excellent for preschoolers

These games are good for a preschool aged child. It helps with motor skills and learning their letters. You can adjust the game types to games that would benefit the child most.
