I like Hum the only exception is your and my definition of hard braking. I’m not hard on my car mechanically, never have been. With so many aggressive drivers today, I turn sometimes faster than I want to because someone is right on my bumper and I don’t want to get rear-ended. Drivers today don’t understand defensive driving at all.

I was talked into buying this product by Verizon reps for the WiFi. It never worked, so I brought it back to the store. After paying for it for nearly two years, they sent me another one, which I didn’t want. Then, they wanted me to be grateful when they credited me part of my money back.

I always get GREAT service with HUM. Even though location is provided it only got them a few blocks down the road. Good thing he knew the area, as I was on vacation at the time & had no clue how to tell him where to go. Luckily I was at a place well known.

Besides the security of knowing that help would be dispatched in an accident, we love being able to track the whereabouts of our vehicles at all times. We use that aspect frequently.
