Was the Hum dashboard display recently updated? The car icon now has a bubble around it and the car doesn’t point in direction it’s moving so it’s hard to see movement. Can I change back to previous version?

You guys messed with the best part of the app the bubble vehicle icon is horrible. I liked the older icon better it shows the direction and its easier to see which way the vehicle is heading?

There should be a place to record repairs not just send reminders. It would be nice to have that info handy. I just got a new battery and I want to have it show me so I can keep track of it’s age without saving a bunch of paperwork.

Hope I never need to have help sent to me because of an accident; however, I believe I understood HUM monitors the car’s position on a trip if something bad happens ?

When it stays connected so love it. Having internet in the mountains on our trip was wonderful Sometimes it just disconnects Have to call and they fix if. Big give it 90% satisfaction rate.

So far I like what Hum has to offer. However, I’ve gotten several notifications regarding maintenance codes, but every time I attempt to access the report, it refuses to load. All I get is the “buffering” symbol. I accessed my account online and there are no notifications listed. The inconsistencies between the app and website need to be aligned, and I’d like the app to be fully functional for a five star rating.

We absolutely love this app and all it offers. When we first got it for our daughter she hated the thought of it. Now after a few months she has adjusted and doesn’t care about it and it tracking her. My wife and I believe it made her accountable and a better driver. So many great features on the App. Definitely worth getting. Wouldn’t hesitate to get it again.
