Wrong password to sign in through app. Able to login to website but cannot on the app. Reset password multiple times and still unable to sign in. Deleted and reinstalled application still error saying incorrect password

Waste of money!

disappointed in hum

The maps are way out dated. The lag time is about 10 minutes. And it freezes in the regular. Every morning, my car is parked in May garage and it shows it’s 2 blocks away. The technology is not there.

The Hum app is great I’m able to track my car when someone in my family is driving I see the speed they are driving but you need the Hum device from Verizon I love it

Inaccurate results

I’ve been using this device for more than a week. I’ve noticed it does not take in account the “sharp cornering “ is actually the layout of the road. If this item is GPS linked then it should reflect the turns onto side streets or accelerating to get into the interstate. If I took the score to my insurance agent, my rate would go up. Hope this problem can be reviewed and a solution (other then not driving or removing the item) can be found.

My Hum, has brought my husband and I, such peace of mind. Knowing our sons, are where they should be, when we check to see where they are. Our Hum, has helped keep us calm and relaxed, instead of worrying where our sons may be going or where they have gone. I recommend the Hum, to many of our friends , to insure safety and knowledge of where our children are. Thank you for this great device!

Problems with update

I love the safety of using the HUM. However, the most recent update changed my login email to a ‘test’ email, which of course didn’t match my login password. Once I noticed this and changed the email to my correct email, the fingerprint login is no longer working.

I got the Hum maybe 2/3weeks ago and it’s constantly telling me something is wrong with the car but it’s not letting me see what’s wrong with it. I know I need some work done to my vehicle but it doesn’t show me exactly what the diagnosis is
