The first week on google map was great, now it a bag of trash. App has begun to stall, vehicle going 49 mph then its setting still in the middle of a busy Hwy. Also says the vehicle has started when there is no one in it nor is the key in it. So how can this be you wonder, so do I!!!

Yesterday during long road trip we were rear ended at a low speed. Back bumper smashed in but HUM device didn’t pick that up

I’d of given it five stars but it keeps saying my seatbelt isn’t on when I’m wearing it or rather that it is in fact buckled.

My vehicle was recently stolen. Thanks to Hum by Verizon, I was able to inform the Sheriff’s Department where the vehicle was located and an arrest was eventually made after a high speed chase. The device gave me all the information I needed to retrace the suspects footsteps. The suspect was arrested for multiple counts of DUI, Grand Theft, and property damage. My vehicle was recovered but totaled in the police chase. I now have a new vehicle with a new improved Hum device. I wouldn’t dream of owning a vehicle without one. Thanks Hum by Verizon. Bill G.

Bro your app is a certified opp. First of all it said I removed the gps tracker from the car??? Like no I didn’t!!! Then it gave my petty Latina mother an alert saying I did that like bruh. Then she grounded me cuz y’all wanted to be opps and lie like y’all owe me big time for that
