iffy

somewhat disappointed because i watched reviews before deciding the buy this product. the pictures are not printing as high quality as it seemed through the reviews. update my firmware a couple of times now. also i hope you guy would add a little box that lets us know how many prints we have left. it’d be extremely nice. aside from that the product works well.

Good App & Better Updates

Raisin Dog

This app is very good for when I need to print photos. I also really enjoy reading the field updates from the war on the Gremlins.

Horrible Quality

vonsky42

My family got this for me as a Christmas gift and it turned out very disappointing. I tried resetting the sprocket, downloading the latest firmware multiple times and printing over 10 shots but all came out with inferior quality. I don’t understand why this could be so difficult to use and what’s causing this poor quality. I really regret picking this over other phone printers. I don’t know if this can be solved but I’m very disappointed with my sprocket.

Awesome

After the new update its a lot easier and manageable to use. Very convenient and handy. I love it till now, it will only get better in time.

Not connecting to Bluetooth.

iPhone X all up to date, but not advanced enough to print a picture. This is how digital takes over the world.

Color calibration needs serious help!! Please provide in-app calibration!

Hannabel

I want to love this printer, but color calibration is less than stellar. My prints have a magenta hue that is impossible to remove. No matter how many times you reset the printer, or run the blue calibration card, no matter how current the firmware or app is, the color is flawed (also, the website is zero help, just a lot of copy and paste of the same tech support robot scripts that clearly has helped no one who has complained). With that in mind, it would be great help if the app had a way to adjust and calibrate output so color output can be easily corrected. This way, the blue calibration card can do the main calibration work, and the app can be used for additional correction to make output more true to screen. Please, PLEASE consider this option...it could really be a gamechanger! UPDATE 5/16/18: It turns out my unit was bad. Went to HP online chat support. and exchanged the unit for another. The colors are MUCH closer to true in the new unit. Calibration would still help to perfect output, however and I am very excited that you are considering it!
