I love using my hp sprocket app for printing photos for cards and journals. The only reason I gave it a 4 of 5 is that the icons, frames & extras never change on the app. It would be nice to get new images to add and update some of the rest.

I got my Sprocket 2 years ago and I love it! Picture quality is very good. I recently got the app since it stopped working directly from my iPhone and I have no issues with it. I’m glad I chose this photo printer rather than others I was considering.
Garbage product and app

No matter how many times I connect my device via Bluetooth, it will not connect through the sprocket app. I’ve tried restarting both my phone and the sprocket and uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. The device will not connect or be recognized through the app.
Great, but I’ve got a problem

I love it, but it I have to delete the app entirely or else it will keep printing the same pic over and over again. Its kinda annoying. But the problem might just be on my end, idk.

I purchased the Sprocket 200 specifically because of the reveal feature! I didn’t know it was removed before I made the purchase and set everything up. This would have been amazing for all of our races! Please bring it back!!! ???
App no longer detects sprocket

As with many Hp products / updates I’ve owned and downloaded, things end up feeling way more difficult than they should. Was connecting to the app last week, now it’s not. Who knows. All I know is I’ve spent 30+ mimutes trying to get it to connectinstead of my intended task. I thought technology was supposed to make things easier?
